Store credit will be issued for items that are returned within 7 days of purchase with original tags and in original condition. Unused and unworn condition.

Double check your shipping address is correct, It will be at the buyers expense if the item is shipped back to The Dakota Studio and needs to be shipped out again.

If the address was entered incorrectly, it is up to the buyer to locate the purchased items. Buyers are responsible for cost of shipping items back to The Dakota Studio for store credit or exchange. Items must be returned within 7 days upon arrival of the item. Store credit will then be given within 5-7 days upon arrival.

The Dakota Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will need to contact your local post office for tracking information or any other shipping issues. Items will ship within 5-7 business working days once the order is received. Excluding holidays.
